There is of course different perspectives on the topic but the technology is a work in progress. The research was carried out when Digital Mysteries was in it's first stages, so one of the aims of the paper was to find out what could be improved.
The good news is that we addressed several issues found with the software itself and have since incorporated various tools to benefit teachers and students so the technology is continuously getting better.
